Floriday Home is a completely remodeled, newly furnished, waterfront vacation rental home located in the quiet and peaceful subdivision of South Royal Palm Acres in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Just 1 mile west of highway I-95, it is in close proximity to the international airports of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the famous beaches of Southeast Florida, exquisite local dining, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, numerous golf courses, and the Sawgrass Mills Shopping Center.

This 1,264 sq/ft waterfront home features a new, contemporary, salt-based swimming pool, and sits on a canal with ocean access. It is located on a 7,300 sq/ft corner lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The backyard offers a relaxing atmosphere, and a peaceful water view.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Floriday Home accommodates a maximum of 6 adults. Two bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, and the third bedroom with two extra long single beds, each single bed large enough for an adult. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, a granite counter top, and a breakfast bar. The home is furnished throughout with brand new furniture. HDTV, and wireless high speed internet access is available free of charge.

Great place to unwind!

If you are looking for a place that is relaxing and centrally located to all major attractions in Florida… Floriday Home is the place to go! We rented Floriday Home in March and found it a very pleasurable experience. Everything is brand new, nicely decorated, and clean so it makes you feel right at home. Nice living room with cable television, high speed internet, three bedrooms, brand new washing machine and dryer. The kitchen (with all the kitchen equipment you can think of) with bar is a perfect place to unwind after a daytrip or a day at the beach. We made daytrips to Miami Beach, the Everglades (National Park) and Kennedy Space Center. In the morning, after a good night sleep in a nice comfy bed, we would take a dive in the private pool. A perfect way to start the day. If you don’t feel like making your own dinner it takes only a short drive to get to Fort Lauderdale to find all the restaurants and bars you can think of. You will definitely see us back next year!
